KarboniZation Mercedes W166 ML-Class carbon fiber headlights. Available in twill and forged carbon. Other versions of carbon (honeycomb, twill, camo, etc.) are also available  upon request.

If you would like to support your own core, please pick such option. If core is provided by the customer, production on these will start once your cores are received. 

We can also upgrade your stock xenon to LED. This option will increase your headlight output from 526 lux to 3326 lux (tested at 16 feet (5 meters)).

Headlight cores go through extensive cleaning process. Headlights are fully disassembled and reassembled in house by a certified professional. All carbon fiber components that you can see are actually new pieces manufactured by us. These are not laminated stock parts. Chrome pieces are painted in color specified by the client.

Please note: Our products are custom made to order. As a result, each part may require up to 8 weeks lead time to manufacture and to fulfill your order. In the event that your part is in stock and ready to ship at our warehouse, we will inform you of the product availability and supply you with a tracking number when the order is shipped.
